The Indian Ministry of Education has recently released more than a hundred comic books based on the concepts of NCERT textbooks. These will act as fun learning tools for school students, right from the 3rd up to the 12th grade. The comics are created by teachers of schools affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Explaining concepts through relatable characters and storylines makes things easier for students as well as teachers. The comics will also talk about social and cultural issues like gender sensitivity, women empowerment, value education, etc. Students and teachers can access these comic books through Diksha’s website and app. Diksha is a government portal that promotes knowledge sharing digitally.
