As the end of the academic year 2020-21 draws near, students and teachers are getting more and more concerned about the final exams. Remote learning made it an unusual year, where the learning experience was not as effective as a physical classroom for many students. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has said that the Board exams for class 10 and 12 will be conducted in the offline mode. But class 9 and 11 students as well as their parents are demanding for online exams. Parents are expressing the fear of their children getting exposed to Covid-19, while teachers are arguing that widespread cheating is happening in online exams. Both the sides are currently expressing their concerns to the CBSE and awaiting its decision while preparing for conducting the exams in February-March as usual.
