The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has said that the confusion around Boards 2021 will be cleared very soon. It will disclose the schedules and its test assessment methods, which will be based on the new National Education Policy (NEP). The essence of the new NEP 2020 is about switching students from rote learning to experiential, skill-based learning. It will deal with four major aspects – ‘competency based’ learning, improving the teaching pedagogy, teachers’ recruitment, training, upgradation and a 360-degree review to check the actual effectiveness through assessments and examinations.
