CBSE to allow change in city of examination centre for classes 10, 12 Term 1 board exams

CBSE on 20th October said that the students appearing for Term 1 board exams 2021-22 are allowed to request a change in the city of examination centre.

It has come to the board’s notice that some students are currently residing in a different city from the city of their school. Therefore, they will be allowed to request to their schools to change the city of examination centre, an official circular stated.

“All students and schools are requested to stay in touch with the CBSE’s website. As soon as the students are informed in this regard, they can make the request to their school within the schedule which will be of short duration,” the board said.

The term 1 board exams for class 10 are scheduled to begin from November 30 while for class 12 students from December 1.
