Job Description:

  •   Develop and implement HR strategies and Policies and initiatives aligned with business need.
  •   Improving & maintaining company’s NPS score and making Oswaal Books “The Best Place to Work”.
  •   Crafting talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs
  •   Keeping Track of Key HR Metrics like Cost per hire and retention rate.
  •   Design and oversee our Payroll and Performance evaluation System.
  •   Manage and improvise the Recruitment and selection procedure as per business need/departments need.
  •   Manage Internal Communication Project like job satisfaction.
  •   Assess the Training Need and apply monitor training Program.
  •   Report to the CEO and Provide decision making Support.
  •   Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.  

 

Job Requirement:

  •   Proven work experience as HR Manager.
  •   Working knowledge of labour law or HR Practices.
  •   Ability to design HR Strategies.
  •   Strong organizational skills.
  •   Excellent Leadership and team building Skills.
  •   Competence to manage Interpersonal relationship at all level.
  •   Strong listening, negotiation, Personal Skills.
