Here’s the situation

I’m a successful business owner in Oswaal Books with a team of 100 people whose finding we need more exposure online. We have the systems, tools and plans to promote our business online, we just need a star-performer to help us execute them. Accordingly, we’re looking for someone who really enjoys coordinating with team members inside and outside our company and get the work done. You’ll start off promoting some of our existing product lines / services in Oswaal Books.

Please note: since you’ll be working on building an online business for Digital Marketing Manager by coordinating with multiple team people in the company, agencies, you must have excellent coordination and English skills (verbal and written).

Here are a few more tasks you’ll be working on...

-         Most Importantly:

  •  Plan and execute Landing page, AdWords, Social Media PPC advertising campaigns. (by coordinating with multiple agencies / vendors and get work done through them)
  •  Keyword research & keyword optimisation
  •  Highly skilled in the tools of digital marketing that bring high impact for the results
  • Advanced Data analysis skills and ability to derive quick insights from raw data using  a combination of analytical tools and intuition(from experience)
  •  Since we are in the business of doubling the business results of clients very fast, we value the employees equally and they would get the benefits transferred to them as well.
  •  Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and                        assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)


To be successful in this role, you...

  • Are experienced in keyword research, keyword selection and link building
  • AdWord certified

Job Responsibilities:

  • Exploring various medium of Digital marketing to create awareness (Social Media, websites etc.)
  • Responsible for understanding various distribution models and developing preference for the brand, Identify, effective BTL tools for brand promotion.

  • The candidate should have worked in an integrated marketing role for at least 5 years

Author/SME/Editor for All Subjects

Duties will include the following:

1. In-depth Knowledge of the core subject. Have a thorough understanding of Domain Knowledge by understanding of the facts, concepts, theories and principles.
2. Write solutions that are understandable and structured format with easy language for quick grasp of the students.
3. Editing and correcting all created content to remove errors, improve language flow, and increase clarity and readability for the intended audience (i.e., students, teachers, parents), specifically:
- Correcting errors in spelling, punctuation and syntax;
- Ensuring that materials are consistent with the OSWAALs style guide;
- Checking content for readability and grade appropriateness.

7. Ensure high editorial standards are maintained within the stipulated time frames.

Job Duties
